Landria Seals Green, MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA, is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with almost 20 years of experience in clinical therapy and clinical leadership. Landria has founded and directed a few multidisciplinary therapy organizations and consulted in organizational behavior management and leadership to schools and therapy businesses. She believes is training and teaching staff from a space of clear communication and authentic admission of challenges and triumphs. Landria describes herself as creative and a visionary. Her professional affinity includes talent development of the autism professional, public speaking on various topics including diversity leadership in clinical fields, parent training diverse populations, organization development and management, staff development, mompreneurship, and other autism clinical topics. Landria also coaches select entrepreneurs in the pediatric therapy. A special place in her professional and personal heart are the career and family focused women who want it all.
Landria is the developer of the SOAR Autism Curriculum and SOAR Solutions for Autism, ABA, and special education, which provides a web-based tools and training in ABA for parents and professionals. She is also the Founder and CEO of Momentum Autism Therapy Services and the Momentum Therapy Provider Network. Landria is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.S. Speech and Hearing Science) and Northwestern University (M.A. Speech Language Pathology). She received her training in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She is trained in the ADOS (University of Michigan-Ann Arbor), PROMPT, and DIR-Floortime®.
